Damaged Chair
Sadly most of this looks like it happened prior to shipping, though the shipping couldn't have helped. Sigh, I hate it when stuff like this happens as it will inevitably involve way too much hassle. Supposed to be in "Brand New Condition" Hopefully shopseating.com will actually do the right thing here. Will update once I hear from them.
